Where does the token come into play?

Two words, Revenue Share.

The implementation of a revenue-share model within the crypto space took centre stage starting 2023 and has proven to be a lucrative and sustainable model for holders and token projects alike. By integrating revenue sharing, a positive symbiotic relationship between token holders and the platforms success is achieved. Holders of $BETZ benefit significantly from this model. By implementing a payout-fee. Funds are then distributed as follows.

1% to Referrals, 1% to the Group/admin owners and 3% to $BETZ, largely to be used for revenue share.

Below is a realistic scenario of this model:

  • Base Daily Payout: Each day, the platform processes payouts totaling $100,000.

  • Payout Fee: A fee of 5% is applied to all payouts to support operational and development needs.

  • Company's Share: Of this fee, 3% (which constitutes 60% of the total fees collected) is allocated to the company for marketing, development, and other essential operations.

  • Holder Distribution: A substantial 70% of the company's share is then distributed to $BETZ token holders, rewarding their investment and trust in our platform.

Assumptions:

Base Daily Betting Volume: $100,000 Total Days in a Month: 30 Payout Fee Rate: 5% Company's Share of Payout Fee: 3% Percentage of Company's Share Distributed to Holders: 70%

Growth Scenarios:

G1: 10% Monthly Growth G2: 25% Monthly Growth G3: 40% Monthly Growth

Calculations:

For simplicity, the monthly betting volume (volume in this instance refers to payout volume which will be approximate to the inflow volume in time) will be calculated based on the growth rate applied to the base volume ($100,000 daily) over a month (30 days). The distribution to holders is calculated from the company's share (3% of total volume) with 70% of that share being distributed to holders.

Month 1:

  • Base Volume for Month 1: $100,000 * 30 = $3,000,000

G1 (10% Growth):

  • Month 1 Volume: $3,000,000 (No growth applied for the first month)

  • Company's Share (3%): $3,000,000 * 3% = $90,000

  • Distribution to Holders: $90,000 * 70% = $63,000

G2 (25% Growth):

  • Similar to G1 for Month 1

G3 (40% Growth):

  • Similar to G1 for Month 1

Month 3:

G1 (10% Growth):

  • Adjusted Daily Volume: $100,000 * (1 + 10%)^2 = $121,000

  • Month 3 Volume: $121,000 * 30 = $3,630,000

  • Company's Share (3%): $3,630,000 * 3% = $108,900

  • Distribution to Holders: $108,900 * 70% = $76,230

G2 (25% Growth):

  • Adjusted Daily Volume: $100,000 * (1 + 25%)^2 = $156,250

  • Month 3 Volume: $156,250 * 30 = $4,687,500

  • Company's Share (3%): $4,687,500 * 3% = $140,625

  • Distribution to Holders: $140,625 * 70% = $98,437.50

G3 (40% Growth):

  • Adjusted Daily Volume: $100,000 * (1 + 40%)^2 = $196,000

  • Month 3 Volume: $196,000 * 30 = $5,880,000

  • Company's Share (3%): $5,880,000 * 3% = $176,400

  • Distribution to Holders: $176,400 * 70% = $123,480

1 Year/12M:

G1 (10% Growth):

  • Adjusted Daily Volume: $100,000 * (1 + 10%)^11 ≈ $284,004.63

  • Month 12 Volume: $284,004.63 * 30 ≈ $8,520,138.90

  • Company's Share (3%): ≈ $255,604.17

  • Distribution to Holders: ≈ $178,922.92

G2 (25% Growth):

  • Adjusted Daily Volume: $100,000 * (1 + 25%)^11 ≈ $982,140.53

  • Month 12 Volume: $982,140.53 * 30 ≈ $29,464,215.90

  • Company's Share (3%): ≈ $883,926.48

  • Distribution to Holders: ≈ $618,748.53

G3 (40% Growth):

  • Adjusted Daily Volume: $100,000 * (1 + 40%)^11 ≈ $28,905,852.96

  • Month 12 Volume: $28,905,852.96 * 30 ≈ $867,175,588.80

  • Company's Share (3%): ≈ $26,015,267.66
